Order's run on a monthly cycle so please note dates as they change frequently.

November delivery to meeting points is Saturday the 2nd & Sunday the 3rd November. Cut off is the 16th October. Couriered orders will leave on the 4th November to the depot and be delivered within 2 days. Qld & Tas will take 8 days. Gippsland deliveries are on Fridays, Albury and surrounds also Fridays.

December delivery to meeting points is Saturday the 7th & Sunday the 8th December. Cut off is the 20th November. Couriered orders will leave on the 9th December to the depot and be delivered within 2 days. Qld & Tas will take 8 days. Gippsland deliveries are on Fridays, Albury and surrounds also Fridays.

These are our current locations: Ballarat, Sunbury, Bacchus Marsh, Geelong, Hopper's Crossing, Port Melbourne, Dandenong, Hallam, Pearcedale, Cranbourne, Pakenham, Bayswater, Mill Park, Coburg Hills, Taylors Lakes. We can also accommodate more regional area's if the order is big enough or via courier. Some stops I have removed due to them not being used.

Please note couriered orders are at the risk of the purchaser unless checking out with the insurance option. Our freight company does not offer insurance. If you would prefer to use your own carrier we can deliver to their depot for you.

  • Treat Orders

    Treat orders placed with Raw orders will be sent together. Please note if you getting your raw order freighted then your treat order will be in the same frozen box.

    If you are wanting your treats sent separately, please place these on a separate order & check out with Treats & Dry Goods.

  • About Us

    I thought I would do a bit of a Bio about who we are & what we do so people can understand a bit more about how we work. So firstly, why we only run on a monthly bases is to keep costs down. I collate all orders over the month, send them through to our suppliers as one BIG order and for that we get a better price. The reason the delivery is the first weekend of every month is so it's easier for everyone to remember.

    Refund policy: If our product does not meet your expectations, we will refund once you have returned the product to us. Perishable items eg Frozen goods will need to be returned frozen. Meeting points are also available to return perishable goods.

    All refunded products if useable are donated to rescue groups.
